Xavier has 25 years of global experience in yacht sales, spanning sailing catamarans and small motor boats to the luxury superyachts of the international jet set. Xavier has introduced many leading companies into the region and forged success with his first-hand knowledge of the nascent South East Asian yachting market and far-reaching network of the global industry. His personable character and tailored approach with individual clients or partners continue to build his legacy and renowned reputation. Xavier and the team are well equipped to lead Asia’s most exciting and complete new yachting agency.
Founder/Managing Director (Thailand)
French native Nicolas moved to Asia 12 years ago after a brief spell in Miami, Florida. Educated in International Business Development and Marketing at the prestigious Euromed Marseille in France, Nicolas started his career working in sales and marketing for luxury brands including but not limited to the property and yachting industries. Passionate about yachting and architecture, Thailand was his next destination with a position at the prestigious Royal Phuket Marina, where Nicolas facilitated several high-profile Yacht Shows. This led to the conception and management of Asia Rendezvous and the critically acclaimed Rendezvous Series & Christofle Yacht Style Awards in Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. This experience bred the desire in “Nico” to found a successful Yachting agency with a focus on expansion company to emerging markets specializing in the ultra-high net worth category. In his free time Nicolas loves to spend quality time travelling with his children and friends.

Born and raised in France and then Germany, Fred started his career in the tourism industry in French Polynesia in the early 90’s. Returning to Europe, he embarked several cruise ships as a touring assistant over a 7-year period exploring more than 75 countries including all of Europe and the med, Middle East, South East Asia, Indigo Ocean and the East African coast. Relocating to South East Asia in 2002 was an obvious choice where he was at the forefront of the Online Travel Agency boom for almost 16 years, specializing in hotel bookings and later liveaboard cruises. After a year as Charter Sales Manager of a reputed Asian operator we are delighted to welcome Fred to the Asia Global Yachting family in Thailand for a new challenge.

James relocated to Bali in 2015 from his hometown in Sydney, Australia to pursue his passion of the ocean and venture into the yachting industry. He was subsequently appointed to one of Indonesia’s premier luxury hotel brands and charter yachts until early 2018 where he moved to a London-based yacht brokerage.
Such is his passion, that James has undertaken further studies with the UK based Maritime Training Academy as he expands his position and knowledge of the industry, with more courses on the horizon.
